I have ordered Adidas Neo hoops Vs Mid Mid Sneakers on Flipkart dated **/**/**** and it is delivered on **/**/****. Shoe comes with Adidas Neo box which has product details and Price, Bar code. Adidas Neo box contains a pair of Sneakers in which right foot shoe lace has attached with tag which has bar code, size,wash care related information. There was no any Price tag attached with lace of shoe. So, shoe is having some fitting issue and I want to return the shoe without any damage, distortion of shoe and its box. Product is as it is which I received. I put return request on **/**/**** and it comes under ** days replacement and refund policy. But the Wish Master refused to return the order and told me that there is no price tag attached with shoe lace. I called up customer care twice and they also refused to do refund and kept me waiting for more than ** minutes. For more information, I have watched unboxing of two Flipkart Adidas Neo hoops Vs Mid Mid Sneakers and both shoes have single branding tag respectively and there is not any Price tag attached with the shoe or shoe lace. My issue is that in this condition, who will take responsibility for it. Wish Master never take responsibility for the delivered product and Flipkart is behaving more irresponsible. After all, at every time a common man suffers. So, it is my request, please help me out.
