I have purchased clothes from brand factory Agra and they charged me Rs. * for the carry bag. As it should be free of cost with every purchase. Why there are an extra carry bag charges. Why should we promote your company by paying for that carry bag?
On another hand I have also made a request for an alteration of a trouser, it is also chargeable for me as Rs.** but alteration should be free of cost. Then why there should be an alteration charge.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
