Rahul Sirugudi filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 21, 2019
I have ordered Vu TV from Flipkart on *th August to my parents. Product is delivered on time that is on the **th of August. As mentioned in the company's policy the date for installation is **th August. But on **th of August evening, I recieved alert saying that installation is cancelled. Immediately raised my concern with Flipkart. They provided me with a technician number.
When I contacted the technician he informed me that area doesn't come under the serviceable area. When I raised the same concern with Flipkart they assured me that issue will be fixed by **st August * PM. But today when I'm called them on this case they are asking me to wait * more days which I don't want to.
I want to return my product as I'm not happy with the service provided by them.
