I have raised several requests for reservations but every time get a reply stating the booking can not be processed due to xyz reasons , and every time hearing new rule which were not told during the time of package booking. I have not got any satisfactory solution when i raised the same complaint with courtyard holiday world and everytiime i were told to change the location or date and even on that i didnt get the properties which are mentioned on the company website.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
