Courtyard Holiday World Pvt Ltd - Courtyard Holidays Not refunding membership amount

I was tricked into purchasing the ** year membership of Courtyard Holidays at LeMeridien, Gurgaon by promising excellent vacations at **,*** (* and * star hotels) round the clock **x*x*** days and during busy and overbooked dates. I have paid *,**,*** rs for ** years of membership with additional **** annual charges on **th Sep ****. There were so many things that were disclosed to us later once I received welcome call from Courtyard to accept the membership.
To check the authenticity of their services and claims of providing vacations at */** stars hotels at all times. I requested them to book vacation for long weekend of ** to **th Oct for * nights (* families). They were failed to provide the booking on Hotels they themselves provided as an option and eventually failed to give me the booking on specified dates. The shoddy treatment and the severe disconnect between departments(calling, mailing, reservations) made my mind to go ahead and request for cancellation of membership and refund the amount. I have requested the cancellation through mail on *th Oct and followed it for a month but either I have received response of giving them another chance or no reply at all.
The courtyard holidays are not willing to cancel membership and refund the money which they should not forcefully hold if I do not wish to continue. I have lots of call recordings and details which I can share to proof their incompetency.
