I purchased a fridge from TataCliq on **/*. The product was quite damaged. I complained to Tatacliq on **/*. They accepted the return request and gave me a ticket no.: ********. After complaining on social media ,they contacted me and told me to get the product packed so it would be ready for pickup. Despite the pandemic, I allowed the packers to come to my house and pack. The next day, they cancelled my return request. I feel so helpless, so depressed and so harassed. The past one and a half months have been absolute torture.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
