Ethnikmall - Regarding returning and refunding of product

I have purchased a product from ethnicmall with online payment. The product was of worst quality and has no resemblance with the displayed picture other than colour. The received product is not at all worthy for the amount I paid. I tried a lot to contact them with the contact numbers provided on the website, but not responding. Through emails, at last, they responded but not willing to take the product back. They also told according to their policy, no return if the consumer doesn't like the product. But it is below the acceptance level for money paid. The display picture and the delivered product by them can show the difference and that's my strong evidence. I understand that they are not responding intentionally when contacted. Through emails they wanted me to forcibly take that product and not telling any proper solution for returning. Even the website is not having anything for the satisfaction of consumer support. So please make a solution for this and save other consumers also being cheated by the crook and hook methods of the worst brand ethnikmall.
