Ethnikmall - Got cheap defective and wrong product lost money

I want to lodge a complaint against www.ethnikmall.com website who deliver the order to customer take the money and deliver a rough cheap cloth. Also, the cloth is completely different and not in condition. Also, they provide a cloth having a manufacturing defect. I have faced the same issues. When I got a lehenga worth Rs. ****/- from their site it was completely different from the pic seen in the website. It was also having a manufacturing defect. I tried to contact them on the number available on the website, no one was attending the call. It was taken *-* days to pick my call then executive said that send it back and we will deliver you a different product which you will order again. I wasted my money to send courier and after ** days they provide me with a voucher code to order a new product of less value ****/-. I made no argument and ordered a new suit in place of lehenga. After one month nothing came back to me. Hardly I was able to call them they said we have no ordered. I ordered them again and after ** days I got a sari of cheap quality worth ***-***/-. They completely cheat the customer. I am tired of dialling their call.
Also, they said to return my money on courier back but they did not give. I again call them they said return this. I don't know how many time the process will take place.
I request you to take action on such organization which making customer fool. I am attaching all the proofs of evidence.
