I am writing this email after continuous follow-up regarding the refund of my money rs **** confirmed by you on email dated **st June ****. Please find the attached email. It is almost * months but I didn't receive my refund yet.

Is this customer service you guys commit to your customer? The name of the company "Happy Easy Go" turns out to be "Unhappy difficult Go" for me so far.
