Ixigo and Airindia flight - Regarding refund of non travelled tickets due to won t of covid SRF ID

Dear sir/madam,
I was booked three flight ticket from Mysore(MYQ) to GOA (GOI) on **/**/****
Flight no. Is AI-**** and PNR NOs is
JMFLZ - NAGARNDRA .D.N
JMFLD - RAVI .B.N
Y**KW - NANJUNDASWAMY.D.P.
on arrival at airport for our journey security check in not allowed we due to won't of Covid SRF ID, so we are not travelled. After we consult the Air India enquiry they said please contact your booking partner i.e. ixigo. We unable to contact ixigo. Hence kindly transfer this complaint to ixigo and do needful action please and refund our amount
