Ixigo and Airindia flight - Refund issue by airlines and ixigo

I Have Booked My Friends Flight On ** Jan****. The Flight Has Been Cancelled By Airlines Due To Some Technical Issues. I Have Booked Air India Flight Via Ixigo App. But When They Have Issued Refund On ** April. Agency Send Me An Email In Which They Have Shown Airlines Has Put Cancellation Charges On My Ticket. The Flight Has Been Cancelled By Airlines I Don't Knoe Why They Have Put Cancellation Charges. When I Talked To Airlines They Told They Have Issued Full Refund But Agenc Told Me There Are Cancelling Charges , Plus Privided Me An Email In Which Cancellation Charges Were Shown. . Agency Told Me To Provide Them Confirmation Email Which Airlines Fails To Provide Me...And Keep Insitinng To Send Email On Delrefunds@Airindia.In...I Have Sent So Many Emails To Them ...But They Have Not Given Me A Single Response..
Ticket was booked from my debit card...I have booked flight for my friend from my userid in ixigo app
