Malaysia Airlines - Regarding Refund from Malaysian Airlines

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have used Malaysian Airlines for my last flight , but after making the transaction with OTP , the transaction is successful from my bank side but I did not receive my tickets, tried calling multiple calls to their customer care , sent multiple emails , tried reaching out via feedback forms but none helped . It is been almost * months I am waiting to get my refund.
It is a huge amount and means a lot to us.
Please help me to get the refund, I can provide all the genuine documents.

Mode of transaction : online Bank transaction from KOTAK BANK
Used website : Malaysian airlines website
Amount deducted from my account : Rs. *,**,***.** But I did not receive Ticket for this transaction
