malaysia airlines - Unable to Refund from Malaysian Airlines For Unsuccessful Transaction After multiple followups

Dear Team,

I have booked an international flight from Bangalore ( India) to Sydney (Australia) on **-**-****, but after I entered my bank details with OTP my money got deducted from my bank account but I did not receive the flight tickets.

I tried multiple time to reach and mentioned this to the official staff of Malaysian Airlines, and did everything they mentioned each time once I talked to the agent avaialble in the call, such as sending email to customer@malaysiaairlines.com, raising online feedback forms, complian on official site but nothing helped and it's been more than * months I am still waiting for my refund. In addition to that I also talked my bank representatives , they are saying that the transaction is successful from Bank side to Marchant's Bank , So refund has to be issued from Airlines. It is a huge amount and me and my family defintely need help in getting my hard earned money back please.

Mode of transaction : online Bank transaction from KOTAK BANK
Used website : Malaysian airlines website
Amount deducted from my account : Rs. *,**,***.**, But I did not receive Ticket for transaction.
