My flower app - Regarding order

I have ** orchids for Father's day which costed me ***/- at the end moment a lady called me and said they don't have orchids in stock so I said ok then send the red roses instead I asked if the roses are fresh she said yes it's fresh she said I ordered only * orchids and instead of that she'll send ** red roses I said ok because she was not ready to accept that I paid for ** orchids and when the roses arrived it was not fresh at all I'm very disappointed with the service they have pathetic service I wasted my ***/-
