Sai filed complaint against My Flower App on Jan 15, 2024
Initially I have placed an order and my order was canceled by them then I was told that a coupon will be provided and I can use that while placing the order next time. Second time I have placed order using coupon (which was actually my money) and that order was also canceled by them. Then I was told the total amount will be refunded to my account within *-* working days. It’s been already ** days but there is no update from them and they are not responding to my emails and calls.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
