Respected Sir, I have done online shopping of Crocs brand sandals on the basis of your advertisement and have also made online payment of ₹ *** in Shivansh Enterprise's account on **th July, but till date my goods have not arrived and I have not received any message. Not sent on mobile number or email Please take immediate action and inform me.
