*) Regarding interest rate notification and update.
LIC HFL do not have system to notify to their loan seeker about interest rate changes.
Several banks had decreased interest rate based on RBI guide lines. But LIC HFL fail to do so. They charge very heavy money for updating interest rate.
*) There is no provision to download duplicate \ copy of sanction letter and list of document copy provided at time of loan disbursement.
They also charge extra money for this.
*) After lot of trips to LIC HFL's swargate office, they were able to change my registered mobile number and email Id. Still no notifications were sent for interest rate update.
If incidences happen verbally, how am i suppose to attach evidences.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
