Colive Ballandhur - Regarding not returning deposit

I have stayed in Colive Minneapolis for * months and vacated the property in December after paying all the rent and service charges on time and initially paid **** as the security deposit. Now when the time has came to get the refund of my security deposit then colive is sending me mails after * month of my leaving that I am liable to pay some electricity charges, separation charges and maintenance charges which is somewhere coming *K and after deducting from my deposit my liability is coming like *K I have to pay more?
What are these charges for and there backend system is full of discrepancies as the mail and messages they are sending in that date of check in is mentioned wrong, I already paid the December month rent along with electricity but still for what purpose they are asking for?
