Colive Ballandhur - Cheating and Fraud

I booked a room at Colive Glory Ballandhur and paid RS ****. Room number *** was shown to my daughter on ** June and the sales guy Mr. Chetanya told her to come on *st July to occupy the room. when I and my son reached Colive on *st July we were told by Property Manager Mr. Amir that this room won't be allotted to us. we had to book a hotel and paid INR **** per day for one week till we searched for a new room at a different PG. The behaviour of the property manager and the sales person was rude.

Neither the Colive is refunding money back to us nor replying to my emails and phone calls. It is a case of fraud and cheating. request the authorities to take action against the property
