Utsavsuits - Regarding not picking up the return it and not refuding

I had ordered a dress from utsavsuits. The order was delivered to me on *st June ****. I was highly disappointed by the material of the dress and requested for pick up of return on *nd June ****. The order no is US************. I have been requesting them to pick up the return and refund my money through the mail to cs.utsavsuits@gmail.com, Facebook and through their app. But there is no response from their side. Kindly help me to get my money back.
