I have placed an order with Utsav suits for a suit costing **** as per site and they have rounded it to **** and I paid it. On **th May ****, I placed this order and have been not receiving any updates regarding the order. I clicked on contact us to call them and found there is no contact number mentioned.
I wrote mail twice and queried in the website thrice and also sent a query in messenger. In spite of repeated queries, there is no response from the team. I feel so bad that I have ordered it from this Utsavsuits.com for the first time that too for my birthday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
