Hello Swiggy Support Team,
I had ordered my lunch from Motel New Milan, Muzaffarpur,
Upon arrival, I found that The entire gravy was spilled and when I denied accepting the order, The delivery agent said He can't do anything, and he marked it as delivered,
As you could check, He had dropped my food somewhere and also, there was poor packaging owing to which the entire gravy got spilled,
Since, It is spilled, It is not safe to eat such unhygienic food especially at the time of Covid outbreak,
I asked the Restraunt to replace my order, But, They confirmed that Food Handling is the sole responsibility of Swiggy, and, they don't have any control over it,
I am constantly trying to get in touch, However, Not getting any satisfactory response,
Please go ahead and arrange a full refund for this order to the source Account, as this negligence made the food unconsumable, and also worsened the experience,
I will not bear any monetary loss due to your negligence,
