Country Vacations (country Club Holidays) - Regarding membership cancellation

I was misguided by employees of a company Country Vacations with false commitments to take membership which costs *,**,***. Membership was taken on my name Ganesh and my wife Jyothi.
The employee name is Santhosh, he gave a false commitment and I paid Rs. **,*** initially for the membership and land at outs cut of Hyderabad on November **, ****. Very next day I went for cancellation and they said it will not be cancelled. I kept on approached them for months but no response. After some days I got a call from the Country Club employee from the collection department saying "I will sell your membership if you pay remaining Rs. **,***". I paid to remain and approached them again and again for years but no use. I was very depressed and was not concentrated on my job with mental tension.
In addition, they call every year for AMC charges of Rs. *,***, I keep on telling them I want to cancel the membership, but no use. Please help me to refund my money of Rs *,**,*** with interest for * years.
Please find the attached documents of Deal document copies (attaching only main copies), membership cards and membership cancellation email to the employee Santhosh.
I will submit all hard copies, please let me know the next procedure to take this forward.
