Country Vacations (country Club Holidays) - Money not refunded even after cancellation of the subscription

I joined country vacations(CV) membership of country club India limited on **th Aug **** after the CV representatives gave presentations and forced us to take decision the same day sitting in one of the room in their temporary office. I paid around ₹***** through my SBI debit card and YES bank credit card. Then later after seeing several negative reviews I approached central customer care through mail to cancel my membership on **th aug **** as told by the company representative. As per the terms and conditions if we cancel the membership within ** days, an amount of (amount paid-****) will be refunded with in *** days. After numbers of mails and follow ups in last ** months, they haven’t replied positively and now they have changed their office location, not answering any phone and not replying mails.
