Kamlesh Indora filed complaint against Cred app on Aug 16, 2022
I had taken loan of rupees ******/- from Cred app on ** Nov. ****.
And after that i had made payment of rs. *****/- as full remaining balance to foreclosure of that loan.
But cred app closed it on ** june ****.
Now the idfc first bank is asked to pay remaining due amount of rs ****.
I have contact with cred app grievance portal bit every time they said to wait as they are working on it. But there is zero progress from their side. Now I have received letter fromconcern bank and getting call from their representative.
Pls do needful action
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
