go digit general insurance ltd - regarding insurance coverage for my ertiga car

when i was driving my car at a U turn i have put an indicator for right turn, i was slowly taking a u turn suddenly a biker came in between the divider and my car in lil confusion i pulled the break inspite of that biker hit my car i a part of the car was hit to the divider, at the same time auto hit the car from behind.
Everything happened so fast that I didn't understand what exactly happened as a result of all these my car got damaged on the right side like car doors fender along with the car rear bumper (auto hit from behind)
but when i approached for insurance cover and get the car repaired, the insurance guy said whatever is said is not matching with the car damages and he refused to give complete insurance coverage but he gave it only on the right side of the car. i am not happy with what insurance guy did, i want to complain about the same
