go digit general insurance ltd - Car insurance Policy

I Gagandeep Singh s/o Sukhdev Singh, Vill Sekhowal, tehsil Garhshankar District Hoshiarpur Punjab hereby informed you that I have a car reg no PB**C**** (Hyundai i** sportz vtvt). I got a call from Verma autos Tanda road Hoshiarpur on ** Jun **** regarding my car policy. I asked to provide a quotation and the company provided a quotation of go digit company for a premium of Rs **** for zero dep policy with **% NCB. I paid that amount and told them to go ahead. After that the company provided me with a policy in the same premium with **% NCB which is not applicable to me. On ** Jun I met with a small accident and I sent my car to the Hyundai service station in Nangal. At the time of claim the surveyor told me that your policy is not correct. You are not applicable to get **% NCB. He told that you should pay **% of the Policy amount as well as **% claim amount to get it repaired which is not correct. Now I want to file a complaint against Verma autos Tanda road Hoshiarpur and miss/mrs Anu employee of Verma autos in insurance department.
