Dear Concern
I have a connection of independent tv from **/**/**** which is bookedonline in **/**/**** and i got this connection after ** months approx.
After getting connection i have faced many problems like firstly HD channels are not available after some time and at time of booking company offered all channels including HD channels are freely available to watch for one year.
After that so many channels are also not available to watch and customer care said that independent make channels category according to language
and if i choose hindi channels category than other language channels is not available.
Lastly i not able to watch any channel in independent and in **/**/**** i called customer care for this and they provide me service request no. ******* and give ** hours time to arrange a technician visit in home for tentative resolution of my problem but their technician is not come and daily i call customer care and also nodal officer too but daily they ask me to wait ** hours and this is continued to * days after that number of nodal office has no incoming facility available and i m nit able to contact with them.
They provide connection in ** months,they fail to provide all channels for one year after my connection and for a techinician visit customer has to wait approx *** days.
i also send mail to their refund section on **/**/**** for giving my money refund because of their poor services,wrost customar care and nodal officer who not like to give proper information to customer and make customer call on hold from ** to ** minutes approx but still not getting any revert on mail or received any call from independent tv end.
Now their nodal officer no. has not incoming facility and customer care no will hardly ever connected and they refuse to do any help.
I send mire than ** mails to Complaince officer of indrpendent Mr. Vinay kawatra but last he mailed me Go yo Hell.
From **/**/**** to till i am not able to watch tv due to independent tv poor services.
