Zing bus - Regarding harrasment caused by zing bus

I booked zing bus on **/**/**** from Mathura to pipli ticket no.TR*A******** Pnr no. ZB************ two seats but driver(**********) left the passengers alone on roadside at delhi near Rk ashram by saying second bus upto destination (pipli) will arrive here but no bus came there at all even after waiting a lot. So they commits fraud.
