Paytm postpaid - Regarding harassment by Paytm Postpaid for redeposit of loan account

It is to be informed that in August ****, ₹ **** was used by me from Paytm Postpaid, but I was deprived of online banking facilities due to my mobile being stolen, FIR was also lodged for mobile theft. In November, I started online facility again and got a call on mobile number ********** to deposit loan account from Paytm postpaid, then they said that you deposit the actual amount ₹ ****, the late payment will be done, then I did it through them. Deposited ₹ **** on the link sent on December **, ****, whose screen shot is attached. After that on March **, *****, a call came from mobile number ********** and it was said that you deposit ₹ **** and Paytm Postpaid more, then your dues will be final. From **** and till today, the mobile number ********** is being mentally pressurized to deposit the dues again and again and it is being warned to spoil the civil.
Please take the above matter into cognizance and clear the dues Please. So that I do not have to be forced to take any legal action.
