Channels are getting frozen for every ** seconds and unfroze for ** seconds. I called up installation guys but they are not giving any proper response. Toll-free numbers of independent tv ****-***-**** are not working. I had subscribed for a total * connection, out of which I have taken only * connection. For installation, I have paid Rs.**** plus Rs.**** initially for pre-booking. Now there is a problem in broadcast in single channel and there is no refund for the other * channels advance booking of Rs.****/-. I have sent all the details to the concerned team. Please do the needful.
