I have used toll plaza on virandavan road on ** of Aug **** they have deducted amount Rs ****/- on the account of dispute on trip no ********** on **-**/**** at **:**:**. I have also raised complaint to ICICI FASTAG they gave me complaint no: CMP*************** dated **-**-****. They told me that refund will I processed with in ** days but now it’s more then three month but I have not received any refund. Please look into the matter. My car no PB**DC****.
