I have applied for an ICICI Fastag online for my vehicle no. PB**S**** by paying ₹ ***.** on *th March, It it was intimated to me through SMS on my registered mobile no. ********** that my Customer I'd ******** has been activated and I will recieve my Fastag within * days. But so far neither my fastag account has been activated so that I could apply for a refund nor I have recieved my fastag. I called several times I called ICICI FASTAG Customer care number since * th March but most of the time call is not connected but even if it get connected *-* times they don't give any satisfactory reply. I am feeling very much harassed. Please resolve the issue asap and oblige
