i have paid rbl credit card bill of rs ****.** on *march****.amount is deduced from my account but not updated.very slow service.update it as soon as possible or refund it back to me.details are reference number ************

I made a bill payment for my HDFC credit card payment but it was received on the bank end. There is also running a mail with cred app but they are not interested in giving any response about complain ticket.
On **th Feb I had made payment of Rs.**** through this App. Till date money is not credited. I am been following up since that date, I am.not getting any response nor any support.
