Dtdc Courier - Regarding compensation of DTDC lost parcel AWB : K

Hello Team,
In the month of January ****, DTDC lost my parcel. Initially they denied this. As per them the parcel is delivered to me. But after many calls and many mails and also complain in consumer forum, finally they admitted that 'The parcel is lost in transit'.
I send many mails and even I sent the legal notice. But unfortunate there is no response to this.
Finally one lady from Kolkata called me and agreed for the compensation. But still no response though it already completed one month.
Please help me for getting compensation for my lost parcel
