Club Mahindra holidays and resorts India limited - Regarding cheating and being scammed by two employees of Club Mahindra Deepak Aarya and Tirath Aujl

On **st March ****, Ms. Pooja (mobile no. **********), an employee of Club Mahindra, invited me and my friend with our families to introduce a Club Mahindra GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years) held at Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana. I visited there with my wife and my friend and his wife.

We arrived at around *:** p.m at Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana. Deepak Aarya introduced himself and started telling us about the Club Mahindra GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years). As per Tirath Aujla (**********) and Deepak Aarya (**********), under the Club Mahindra GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years), the customer will get the following benefits:
*. ** nights stay (Studio Room) anywhere in India in Club Mahindra Resorts
*. Local Sightseeing included
*. All games and activities available in Club Mahindra Resorts included
*. This package is for * adults + * children

After one and a half hours of conversation, they disclosed the price of the GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years) to be Rs. ******/-. We refused to buy the Club Mahindra GoZest Classic Membership plan because we found it to be very costly.

They offered us an EMI option to buy the GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years) with a down payment of Rs. *****/- and the remaining amount in ** equal installments of Rs. **** each, totaling Rs. ******/-. The total value would then be Rs. ******/-. However, my friend and I again refused because we would not be able to utilize ** nights in * years.



Now, the false commitments made by Tirath Aujla and Karan begin:

Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya): "Sir, buy one GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years) and you can take your *-* friends' families with you, but you have to inform us * days before your journey."
Customer (Kulwinder Singh): "We heard about booking issues in Club Mahindra resort. Every time booking is not available."
Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya): "You don’t need to worry, sir. You just need to inform us * days before your journey, and we will arrange the room bookings."
Customer (Kulwinder Singh): "Okay, then we are * families planning for Darjeeling and Gangtok in mid-June ****. Can you book a Club Mahindra resort for us?"
Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya): "Sure, sir, we will give you ** nights for * families for your Darjeeling and Gangtok trip in June ****.
Customer (Kulwinder Singh): "We need * nights for Darjeeling and * nights for Gangtok. Total * nights x * families = ** nights."
Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya): "Okay, sir, but you have to buy the plan today, and after paying the *st installment, your plan will be active in the *st week of May ****. We will give you ** nights for your Darjeeling and Gangtok trip in June ****. But you have to inform me * days before your journey so that booking can be done."
Customer (Kulwinder Singh): "Increase the nights in the plan and what about food?"
Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya): "Okay, sir, we will give you * nights complimentary and Rs. ****/- food coupons vouchers, and more coupons will be given to you during your trip. But with the condition that you have to buy the plan today. If you buy tomorrow i.e., *st April ****, then you will not get any extra benefits, and the price of this plan will increase."
Customer (Kulwinder Singh): "Purchased the plan with a down payment of Rs. *****/-."
Club Mahindra (Tirath Aujla): "Sir, you will receive the GoZest Classic Membership plan (Plan Validity: * years) kit within * week, and Deepak Aarya will come to your place within ** days to activate the Club Mahindra ID."


Complaints:
*. Deepak Aarya never come to my place for the activation of the ID.
*. I called Deepak Aarya on ** April, **** regarding informing about journey tickets of Darjeeling and Gangtok booked. He agreed to book the resort.
*. I again informed Deepak Aarya about our trip, but his reply was unsatisfactory. When I asked him to meet me, he said he was on leave.
*. I called Tirath Aujla on *th May ****. He rejected first call and did not pick the three calls. We rushed to the Club Mahindra Office, Western Mall, Ludhiana. Tirath Aujla immediately disappeared from the office on finding us in his office. He does not come back while we were there. His office staff calls him *-* times but he never bothered to come once.
*. We met other staff and he said these commitments are baseless. They could not provide ** nights for our trip.
*. One staff of Club Mahindra is keep trying to blame us for these baseless commitments. He never asked once from his staff regarding these fake commitments made by them.
*. We informed them almost * month and ** days before the journey, but he refused to book the resort, claiming rooms were not available and could not provide ** nights for our trip.

I have been scammed with these false commitments made by Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya. Please take serious action against employees like Tirath Aujla and Deepak Aarya. I am very disappointed and have already lost my trust in Club Mahindra. Kindly refund my down payment of Rs. *****/- as Club Mahindra Employees already ruined my trip. I have not received any service from Club Mahindra.
