Dear Sir/Mam
For the following reasons, I would like to discontinue my Club Mahindra membership: Membership ID : ******
*. I purchased the membership so that I could visit most resorts whenever I wanted and throughout my children's vacations. The majority of the resorts are completely booked. When my children have school days, I am unable to go on vacation. However, because I was deceived by Club Mahindra's sales agent, I was unaware of this truth.
*. I didn't even disclose complete ASF information, such as the fact that I will be taxed starting next month and that the amount will increase by **% per year. According to a sales agent, ASF will be excused through various programmes, and you will not be required to pay it. CM will take care of everything.
*. I purchased Club Mahindra Membership at Rs. *,**,***. (excluding ASF). I signed membership forms late at night at **:** AM, trusting Club Mahindra (CM) sales staff on the premise of humanity, but everything was a deception.
However, I do not see the value in purchasing such a membership because resorts are never available when needed, resorts are far away, and the amount charged is excessive when compared to other similar resorts available online through Make My Trip.
*. The CM team is forcing me to pay ASF in advance, even though I have paid **% in advance (Rs. *,**,***) and have not used any resort facilities. The team began forcing me before the deadline for paying ASF (three weeks in advance). Otherwise, the resort option will be inaccessible to me. You'll be charged late fees and other penalties if you don't pay on time. They are pressuring me like I believe I have borrowed money from them. During calls, customer service representatives were quite nasty.
We belong to the service-middle class. I have to pay an EMI of Rs. ***** and an ASF of Rs. ***** in the same month, which is impossible for a middle-class household to afford.
*. Food is really expensive. Buffets cost around Rs. ***-*** per person, whereas ala-carte is highly expensive. Consequently, whereas most other hotels provide complimentary breakfast and reasonably priced lunches, the cost of a meal at Club Mahindra is extremely exorbitant. Except for Club Mahindra, there aren't many other places to eat. Thus, for a day for two adults and one child, one will spend around Rs. *, ***-*, ***, and then they would tell you that boarding is free with membership.
It is my earnest wish to cancel my membership and receive a refund. I also want to settle the problem amicably, failing which I would consider my next steps, including legal action against the company.
Request your revert and refund my hard earned money.
