I had agreed for Byju order on ** month EMI basis with SBI credit card., after few days I received a message from my bank that my request of * moths EMI at rate of ** % is confirmed on my transaction . I immediately contacted Byju representatives who had given me a product I have documents also he said Mam it’s not from our side it’s from bank side , after a discussion finally I deceived to cancel my order and they agreed also but since past three days they are fooling us and nobody is contacting me
Kindly help me to cancel for order and get my refund back
