Shriram finance limited - Reg Complaint Against Shriram Finance Illegal Dues After Vehicle Seizure Loan No

I am writing to formally raise a grievance against Shriram Finance Limited regarding a vehicle loan and subsequent issues that have now affected my CIBIL score after * years.

Issue Summary:

I took a vehicle loan from Shriram Finance in ****. Due to financial difficulties, the vehicle was seized and sold by the company on ** June ****. One of their customer service representatives informed me at the time that the NOC (No Objection Certificate) would be sent to my email.

Despite this, I never received a seizing letter or NOC. I had also paid many dues before the vehicle was seized. The vehicle was new, but I was told it was sold for a very low amount.

After that incident, I left the matter due to mental stress and frustration. Now, after * years, the company has suddenly sent a bill for a balance amount and has negatively impacted my CIBIL score, causing serious damage to my creditworthiness and reputation.

Relief Sought:

I kindly request RBI's urgent intervention to:

Instruct Shriram Finance to close the loan officially and issue the NOC/seizure letter.

Remove or correct the negative CIBIL reporting.

Provide a clear explanation of the amount claimed after * years.

Take appropriate action against the finance company for this delayed and unjust harassment.

I confirm that I initially raised this issue with the company and waited for resolution. Since there was no proper response, I now request the Reserve Bank of India’s help this case.
