Shriram finance limited - ABOUT WORST BEHAVIOUR AND HARRESMENT

Good Evening
Writing this mail hoping atleast the upper level officials would be educated and understand the problems of normal people like us. Im sathishkumar I have availed loan in your company in **** for ******. I got the loan for ** cents which is my agricultural land mr.PRABHU helped us. I have paid my loan regularly for more than ** months.. then I thought of shifting my loan to a nationalised bank and when I asked for my statement Mr.prabhu dragged the time.. latter we found out he didn't pay out loan in time and we had some mis matches due to which the loan am shifting bank stated it is not possible as I have not paid my loans in proper . From that day I am just around Shriram for closing my loan.. recently a manager from Shriram called me stating of closing loans for ots.. we agreed and went to court but the collection manager used such vulgar words and states that who called you today.. even if you talk to head of this company none can do us anything.. only our officials hired us give us permission for collecting money which ever way is it possible. Such a worst bank with worst sevices.Mr.Muruganandham and mr. Ramesh came to our house with ** members and talk to women so worst.. they are harassing my family women by bad words. Is this your training mr.chakravarthy sir. They are saying will take even a last rupee and make you beg with underwear. There is no other way than suicide. We are talking of one time settlement but your company is very worst. He states that send your wife or mother to someone and collect money and pay.. have you educated your collection service in such way.. do you and your employees send your family women for such works and earn? Who gave you rights.. whats my fault in this.. your bank people have cheated us not paying our loan even from collecting us.. am from agricultural family.. i want to close my loan in ots.. please help me out in sorting this problem.. i dont want anyone from tamilnadu to speak to me relating this...
