Crio Do - Refusing to Refund

I enrolled in the Crio.Do SDE program through an education loan of ₹*.** lakh provided by Northern Arc Capital. Before enrollment and during the loan process, the "no cancellation policy" was not clearly disclosed to me. I became aware of this policy only after the loan was disbursed and during the onboarding stage.

Within *–* days of enrollment, I realized that the program was not suitable for me and immediately requested cancellation. Crio.Do rejected my request citing their no-cancellation policy.

I then contacted Northern Arc Capital regarding loan cancellation. They informed me that the loan could be closed only if Crio.Do refunded the loan amount and advised me to coordinate with the institute.

Subsequently, I raised complaints through the National Consumer Helpline. After the complaint, Crio.Do sent me an official email confirming that my program cancellation and loan foreclosure were being processed, that the process would take **–** business days, and that any EMI deducted during that period would be refunded.

Relying on this written assurance, I continued paying EMIs to avoid loan default and any negative impact on my credit history. However, despite the passage of the stated timeline, the loan has not been foreclosed, the promised EMI refunds have not been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.

I have already paid * EMIs totaling ₹**,***, and the outstanding loan amount remains approximately ₹*.** lakh.

I possess supporting evidence including the cancellation/foreclosure email from Crio.Do, email communications, WhatsApp chats, call recordings, National Consumer Helpline complaint records, loan documents, and EMI payment records.

I request intervention to ensure that Crio.Do honors its written commitment regarding cancellation and loan foreclosure, arranges closure of the education loan, and refunds/reimburses the EMIs paid based on the assurances provided.
