Crio do - Crio Tricked me into the course and gives no refund

I am filing this complaint against Crio.Do (Crio Technologies Pvt Ltd) for using fear-mongering and coercive sales techniques to pressure me into purchasing one of their paid programs.

On **nd April, I was contacted by a representative from Crio who used aggressive and psychologically manipulative tactics, such as:

Creating fear about my future job prospects

Claiming I would fail in the industry without their program

Pressuring me to make an instant payment to "secure my career"

Feeling emotionally overwhelmed and misled, I paid ₹ **,*** through UPI for their course. However, after enrolling:

I found multiple negative reviews from others with similar experiences

Their “no refund” policy was unfairly used to block any refund request, despite my legitimate concerns

This entire experience caused me mental distress and financial loss. Crio’s approach violates several provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, including:

Unfair trade practice

Misrepresentation

Denial of refund despite clear dissatisfaction

I am therefore seeking:

A full refund of ₹ **,***

A formal investigation into Crio’s sales practices

Compensation for the emotional distress caused
