Byjus aaksh institution - Refusing to cancel loan process

Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased an IAS course in byjus in february **** and within ** days I cancelled the course and got my refund also. But thy did not cancel the loan process linked to my bank account. Amount is not deducted from my account but my cibil score is being reduced because of this. I called them several times but they have not cancelled it yet and not responding properly. Im not using their product, why should my cibil score get reduced. Please help to cancel the loan process.
