I have placed an order on younique store instagram on May *,**** at **:** am. I placed an order for * kurtis and paid an amount of **** INR. I send a query to them at **:** am on May*,**** and asking all the details I paid the money at **:** am and they informed me my order was confirmed at **:** am.
I was supposed to receive the order within **-** days. i waited for ** days and on **th May,**** I send a message to them on Instagram informing them I didn't receive my order and that if there is delay, I asked them to atleast provide me with a tracking number. They said "Sure" but then didn't send me any tracking number. I waited for ** more days and I still didn't receive my order nor the tracking number. So, on June *,**** at **:** am I sent a message to them again and got a reply saying "I'll check". After that I haven't received any reply. So again on June *th, **** I sent a message to them and didn't get a reply. I also send messages hoping to get a reply on **th June, *th July, **th July,**th July and still didn't get a reply. So, on August *st, I send another message to them saying if I don't receive my order, I will be filing a police complaint. To that i got a reply saying my order has already been sent to me. But I didn't receive it. so they said they will check and let me know. I replied if I won't get an update on my order by the next day, then I will go ahead with the police complaint. I also asked for the tracking number. But on *nd August, when I sent a message asking about the status, the said they will inform by end of that day, but didn't give me any reply by then either. So, the next day i sent a message again asking about my order and they said that they already mailed it to me and I have to wait. I waited for a week and on **th August,**** I sent a message asking how many more days will it take for my order to be delivered and got no reply. By **th August, I still didn't get my order and I sent them a message asking about it again and they replied saying i will receive it soon. But I still didn't receive it. So, on **th August I informed them that I will be filing a police complaint and report all their social media accounts for fraudulent activity. To that they replied that they actually mailed my parcel and will give me a tracking id. I constantly messaged them for two more days asking for tracking number and still didn't get reply. So, on **th August, I sent another message stating all the details including the name of the person I paid the money to saying I will surely file a police complaint. To that i got a reply saying my order will be delivered and they couldn't share the tracking Id because there was some emergency they had to attend to. I waited till *st September and still didn't get my order. So I said I will proceed to file a complaint to which I was sent a picture of a parcel with my name. So when I asked why didn't they still ship it, they replied saying it was returned stating my address was incorrect. When I said no other businesses had a problem with my address and that if they can't deliver, then refund my money, they started to claim it's not their fault and they will not refund my money. They also stated that if I give an alternate number and address, they will try again. It's been * months since then. I pleaded with them saying I don't have an alternate address and number and asked them to kindly understand my position and refund my money. But I got no reply that day or the two days after when I constantly asked them for a refund. So, on *th September I sent another message to which I got a reply saying I will receive my order that day. When I received the order and opened it, there were only * Kurtis out of the * I ordered and one Kurti was completely a different design. When I informed them and asked for a refund for at least the remaining Kurtis I didn't receive it, they are not agreeing to it. have been pleading with them since. So, to conclude, they made me wait for four months with no proper reply and gave me knockoff products that are in no way compensating for the price I paid and I still didn't receive two Kurtis. So, I request you to help me regain my money back.
