I ordered a dress on Sep **th and paid the full amount online. I didn't receive any proper response from them even after texting them on insta DM. I have asked for tracking id. But they refused to provide me stating they don't provide tracking id to any of their customers. I have asked for a refund if they can't deliver it. But no proper response even after so many follow ups instead they asked me to file a complaint legally
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
