Laksh Gupta filed complaint against Motorola on May 8, 2019
We bought Moto X* on May **, ****, and it is supposed to be IP ** water resistant. The microphone and camera stopped working when the phone got wet in rain. The service centre refuses to repair my phone claiming that water damage is not covered under warranty.
If they don't repair the phones with water damage then how can they claim that the phone is water resistant and if some of the pieces are not properly waterproof then who is responsible for damage to those particular pieces.
My phone was clearly not waterproof as claimed by the company and service centre just denies any responsibility.
