Titan watch - Refused to Replace Dead Titan Watch

I bought a Titan Smart Watch few months back from Amazon on April ****. The Watch Died in October **** and wont charge. Took it to a authorized Titan Store / Service Centre as it was still in warranty. They told me that they cannot help without any ticket number.
Tried multiple times to raise the issue over call, but it did not work. Finally I was asked by a support assistant to share the invoice and video of the Watch not charging. (her workaround did not work). After doing this also they are not taking any action. They don't even reply to mails !!! Raised multiple Tickets TKT-********** ,TKT-********** .
I am shocked to see a Organization like titan doing this !!!
More people must know about this.
