*) Purchase date : **st March ****
*) Watch has discolouration and it was repaired in August ****. Was in the service centre for entire * month
*) Now found Discolouration on the clock hand inside the dial and the day & date feature is not working, the dial shakes when tried to adjust the time, date & day
*) Titan Customer care executives give false information and do not provide any solution, they just say that I will receive a call or email with their response but I do not receive any apart from the automated emails.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
