H&M Western (INDIA) Private Limited - Refused to accept incorrect product

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the recent experience I had with H&M. On [** February ], I had received a product from this website, but unfortunately, the product I received was not the one I had ordered. I contacted the customer service team immediately and was instructed to return the product for a refund.

I followed the instructions provided and tried to return it however, the delivery company has refused my request * times as of now, they are always saying that they can't accept it cause the article number is not matching with the one they have provided. but why do they need article number to match when the item i have received is incorrect to begin with

I have explained this issue to the customer service team many times but all they are doing is just simply making a manual return request again and again each time, nothing new and most of the times they don't even listen even if they listen about my issue, it's not like they are doing anything different. i am really disappointed and extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service from H&M, i hope this review could solve my issue
