I booked an order from onyxindia.com and they booked a shipment through Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd via consignment number ********** and order number ****. The courier reached my location office at Mathura and Deliver guy called me and told me that my location is not their service area. I told him that I will mail your company for this, he said go and do that. I recorded the conversation on phone and shared the details with Trackon courier company email, and also I am calling them constantly but they are not picking up. If they have booked the shipment, they should have delivered it. This cost of my order is not much but the item is very urgent to me and getting delayed due to Courier company's bad business practices.
